About OneSelf


OneSelf is a holistic collaborative, drawing wisdom and guidance from a diverse group of pracitioners ~ including health care workers, writers, social workers, artists, body workers, and life coaches. Located near Albany, New York, since March 2002, OneSelf's mission has been to offer forums through which participants are encouraged to nurture One's True Self. We believe that in honoring the Heart of Who We Are, we can reduce stress, become healthier, happier, and live life more fully.
