About Jae Way
Holistic Life Coach, Psychosythesis Practitioner   

Returning to her home area of Upstate New York after living in San Francisco's Bay Area for several years, Jae founded OneSelf in March of 2002. While in California, Jae attended John F. Kennedy University where she completed her BA with a concentration in Philosophy and Consciousness. Studying at The Synthesis Center in Amherst, MA, in 2003 Jae completed Level II professional training in Psychosynthesis theory, which focuses on the principles of holistic counseling for personal and spiritual growth.
    As a group leader for the Women’s Dream Quest at Grace Cathedral in San Francisco, Jae is experienced in the transformative power of  ritual and the group retreat forum. As Executive Director for Family Service Counseling Center in San Leandro, CA and Administrative Director for Pyramid Alternatives Counseling in Pacifica, CA, Jae helped to create an atmosphere in which clients could feel safe to openly engage their personal challenges. She also brings to her work over 30 years of studying and teaching transpersonal tools for self-understanding, including the chakra system, dream analysis, astrology, and tarot symbolism.

About Connie Barber, RN
    A Certified Rehab Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience, Connie is an Assistant Nurse Manager at Albany Medical Center. She is a graduate of Hudson Valley Community College, in Troy, New York.. As a Therapeutic Touch Practitioner and instructor, Connie utilizes this complementary healing therapy in her nursing. She also offers private Therapeutic Touch treatments by appointment. A charter member of the Albany Holistic Nurses Society, founded in 1983, Connie was the Society's treasurer for nine years. She is also a ten-year member of the Vestry of Trinity Episcopal Church in Watervliet, New York. Since 2002, Connie has brought to OneSelf her unique blend of mind-body-spirit experience as a Retreat Group Guide and Labyrinth Facilitator.
